Graná Returns to Holland

According to a reporter for the Windy City Blues Society, Graná Louise & Troublemaker blew the roof off "The Ground Zero Club" at the semi-final round of the 2010 International Blues Competition in Memphis.  Graná was there representing the city of Chicago, after winning a city-wide competition at the famed "Buddy Guy's Legends". Competition was stiff in Memphis, with over 100 bands from around the world competing. Top prize in the Band competition went to Grady Champion, who was sponsored by Mississippi Delta Blues Society. But all was not lost, not by a long shot. Graná turned plenty of heads in Memphis, and she wastes no time as she gets back on the road to head back to Holland in late February, to finish a DVD project started in Amsterdam last fall.
